I have found out that personalize content and personalize layout uses the &UniHeaderHTML in the PT_BRANDING.brandingbase app packaging. I had the add the logo and background image to get the same affect as the signin pages.

I have been using firefox with firebug extension as you have mentioned. I am not able to find the he personalize content and layout header. It shows that the item is .headerBgBar. I have checked psstylereq style sheet and still not there.

What I am trying to do is apply branding to the personalize content and personalize layout page..

If you go into those pages using Firefox with the Firebug extension or use developer tools in internet explorer 8+ (F12), and highlight a field, it will show you the style, and the style sheet file being used, which generally corresponds to the name of the PeopleSoft style sheet.

I have followed your steps to apply branding and is very good. The only question is that the links for personalize content and personalize layout use different stylesheets. I am not able to figure which stylesheet it uses. Do you have any idea..
