Hi,

The screenshots for that article are for PeopleTools version 7.x. I'm not sure which version you are using where you are, but if you are on PeopleTools 8.x (web based client) then the navigation to the process scheduler manager is:

Left Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Types for configuring process types

Left Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Servers for configuring process scheduler servers

One point to note if you are on PeopleTools 8.x is that it introduces a report repository, which is a single location where report output is sent to. This is configured under

Left Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Report Nodes

And the options here allow for distribution by FTP, XCopy and HTTP, so the information in that article may be somewhat outdated for newer versions of PeopleSoft. It depends on what you are trying to achieve …

I have beenlooking at a webpage(http://www.agentbob.info/agentbob/g2/28-AB.html) about the use of FTP from within the Process Scheduler. I don't have a "Process Scheduler Manager" that they refer to on my Peopletools 8.48 menu at all. I want to find out more about it and how to get to it. It could possibly be that he specific part of the PeopleTools software was not installed on our setup .

Any sugestions welcome.

Regards
