That indicates why this process is not posting?

I have restarted the process scheduler, submitted other reports to being Posted, but this one stays stuck. We even bounced the entire set of PeopleSoft servers - Web, App, Process Scheduler - and this report still shows as Posting. It is a Job, and the last step of the Job is listed as DISTSTATUS = 5, as if it is Posted. I found the output on the appserver and manually copied it to the Web Server into the proper folder so it can now be seen online, yet it still says Posting. Other than waiting for it to purge in 30 days, how can I kill this report?
